What is Rapport?

Building rapport is a skill that's essential to picking up women. Rapport is when two people click. They're similar, they connect. I'm sure you been around people who have a strong rapport. And I'm sure you have a strong rapport with the people you know. It's when two people feel very comfortable talking to each other. They have this light air to the communication between them. It's upbeat, and it's easy for them. Building rapport is important because you want a woman to feel comfortable talking to you. You both want to feel like you're connected on a deep level.

One of the qualities of good rapport is feeling that you're comfortable talking to this person. To do you must do two things, you must find the things that you have in common and show that you understand them.

1. Finding Things You Have In Common

Do you already know something you two have in common? Maybe you met at the same rock concert. Or you met at the same Italian restaurant. Use this to relate to them. If you don't know what you have in common find out. Everyone has something in common it's just about finding what that something is. *Don't let the conversation become an interrogation. Find a way to get her talking so that she gives you conversation hooks. But Mix it up with more humor and flirting.

2. Understand Them

When we let someone know that we understand them, it creates a sense of connectedness. We feel there's someone out there that thinks that same way we do. To show some that you understand them you must use their words. If she talks about being creative, say something like how you creatively did something special, or creatively asks her out. Let them know that you understand their opinions. You don't have to agree with them necessarily but show them you understand how they could think that way, or that's a valid opinion.

Another great way to build Rapport with women is to mirror them. Mirroring is something that we all do with people that we feel very close to. Subconsciously we mirror the way someone speaks. We do this with our Family, our Friends. We match the tone, speed, and volume of their speech. If someone is talking loud, we talk loud, if they're talking soft we talk softer. Mirroring can help build Rapport because it adds to feeling connected to one another, and the more you feel connected with each other the farther the date will go.
