Back to sex. Accept any sexual feelings you may have. Don't shove them down thinking they may be to dangerous, or too controversial. So how should you express them? Just below the surface, and with plenty of self confidence.

Let them ooze out through your conversation. Don't worry about getting caught checking her out. If you're out in public, and you're checking out a cute girl, don't look away in shame if you get caught. Maintain eye contact with pride. Smile at her. Nod your head as if to compliment her.

The worst thing you can do is try and "slyly" check her out, and then quickly look away if she catches you.

A lot of guys have this belief that girls hate to be checked out. The truth is that they don't like to be checked out by guys who think they are doing something "wrong." If you've got some self confidence, and view your sexual desires as normal and natural, you shouldn't have any problems.

Of course, this doesn't mean that you are going to get propositioned by girls once you start expressing overt sexual desire to, but you'll actually do a lot better than you may have been doing.

Just walk up to her, and while you're talking to her, imagine doing those things you'd like to do, and fully appreciate and accept them.
