If you've been dating a girl for months, and every time you're together she is extremely affectionate and looks longingly into your eyes, it's easy to kiss her.

Turn to face her. Put your arms on her shoulders, and slowly move your face closer to hers. She'll know EXACTLY what's coming. If she doesn't pull away, that's a green light. You are ASSURED of success.

Slowly move your face closer to hers. Look in her eyes, and hold the gaze for a couple seconds. Her mind will be racing at this point. Then lean in, and move your lips closer to hers. Just before they touch, pause just a little bit.

Then kiss her for one second, two seconds max. Then pull back and carry on with whatever you were doing before. It's ESSENTIAL not to hang around, so to speak, and wait for her to tell you that what you just did was OK. Don't expect her to tell you what a great kisser you are. Don't expect her to mention anything about what just happened.

Just smile when you pull back, turn away from her and then carry on the conversation. If you happen to be on her couch, or she on yours, just pull back and wait. Then slowly move forward, and see if she moves to meet you. She almost certainly will.

If you're out in public, start walking somewhere. Take her by the hand, and lead her. Don't ask, don't say anything, don't make goofy faces.
