Pretty much everyone has heard of speed dating. But most men, when they hear about it, are just scared right away. They think of the idea as a chance to be rejected again and again and again. That isn't what it's like though. I know a lot of the men who I've sent to these events have ended up with date, some have ended up wit a girlfriend, and a few even got a wife out of it. So it's definitely something worth considering.
But I know you've heard all that before. So here are my best reasons why speed dating is great.
First of all, you get to filter through an incredibly number of women in an incredibly short amount of time. Think about it. If you're trying to meet a girl through friends, maybe you can meet a new one once a month. If you're meeting people online, maybe once a week is reasonable. If you're trying to pick up women in bars, you can hit on a few every day, but none of them want anything to do with you. When you're speed dating though, you get to meet a new woman every minute or so, but not only that, you get to meet a woman who is looking for a date every minute.
That's incredible. Sure, a lot of them are going to be women who you aren't interested in at all, but some of them you will find quite attractive indeed. And if you can convince those women that you're quite attractive as well, you can get a date with a beautiful woman with almost not hassle at all. It's an incredibly easy and kind of even fun way to meet women who are looking for dates just like you, and only choose the ones you like.
But there's another huge advantage that comes with it. Even outside of the speed dating section of your dating life, most women probably decide whether you're boyfriend material or not within a minute or so. It might be hard to believe, but it is the truth. So when you go, you get to practice making a good first impression a whole ton of times in a single evening. You can watch women, see how they react to certain things you say, and learn a whole lot.
Speed dating is a great way to get dates, and it is a great way to practice meeting women.
